I will go out of my way to work with, buy from, recommend, a business that has given me great customer service. The translation industry is largely a people business, when I am in front of a potential client, I am selling my company, but I am also selling myself. Always be aware of this.

This posting may seem very simple but I see the negativity between agencies and translators, and, as much as I would like to distinguish my agency from that group, I have to eventually face the fact that I may not ever be able to singlehandedly overcome the space inbetween.
